Concrete Repair

The Process:
  • Tear out, remove and dispose of debris (concrete, dirt, grass, or pavers)

  • Establish the grade

  • Place 3/4 or 1/2 inch base rock

  • Compact the base

  • Set form rails

  • Layout and tie rebar

  • Place concrete

  • Cut expansion joints (if needed)

  • Broom finish

  • Spray concrete cure

  • Deform the slab

  • Place backfill dirt

  • Clean up

Garage Floor Installation

Garage Floor Replacements:
  • Tear out, remove and dispose of your current garage floor

  • Establish the grade

  • Place base rock 3/4 inch gravel and compact the base

  • Layout and tie rebar 2ft on center

  • Place 4” concrete

  • Steel trowel finish

  • Clean up job site

Concrete Patios

Outdoor Patios:
  • Tear out, remove and dispose of debris.
    (dirt, grass, pavers or concrete)

  • Establish the grade

  • Place base rock

  • Set form rails

  • Layout and tie rebar

  • Place 4” concrete

  • Cut expansion joints

  • Broom finish

  • Spray concrete cure and seal

  • Optional: saw cut designs

  • Deform the slab

  • Place backfill dirt

  • Clean up

Driveways

  • Tear out, remove and dispose of your current driveway

  • Establish the grade

  • Place base rock 3/4 inch gravel and compact the base

  • Place 4-6” of concrete

  • Cut expansion joints 8-10’

  • Broom finish

  • Spray concrete cure

  • Clean up job site

  • Cut expansion joints 8-10’
